槟榔内生真菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对槟榔根、叶和果的内生真菌进行分离及鉴定,并对其多样性分析。方法:采用平板分离法分离内生真菌,采用ITS序列分析鉴定内生真菌菌属。结果:从槟榔的根、叶和果中分离获得53株内生真菌,并鉴定为9个属,分别为曲霉属Aspergillus、刺盘孢属Colletotrichum、镰刀菌属Fusarium、毛双孢属Lasiodiplodia、Meyerozyma sp.、青霉属Penicillium、拟茎点霉属Phomopsis、Pleosporales sp.、木霉属Trichoderma;其中优势菌属为木霉属Trichoderma;叶部内生真菌多样性指数(1.11)要高于根(0.87)和果(0.87);叶(0.57)比根(0.41)和果(0.41)的均匀度高;且槟榔根与叶、根与果、果与叶之间的内生真菌相似程度较高。结论:槟榔内生真菌的多样性将为槟榔内生真菌代谢产物活性研究及新化合物的开发和挖掘,进而充分发挥其药用价值。 Objective To isolate and identify endophytic fungi from the roots,leaves and fruits of Areca catechu L.,and analyze its diversity.Methods Endophytic fungi were isolated by plate separation method,and endophytic fungi were identified by ITS sequence analysis.Results 53 endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots,leaves and fruits of betel nut,which belonged to 9 genus of Aspergillus,Colletotrichum,Fusarium,Lasiodiplodia,Meyerozyma sp.,Penicillium,Phomopsis,Pleosporales sp.,Trichoderma.The dominant genus is Trichoderma.The endophytic fungi diversity index(1.11)is higher than root(0.87)and fruit(0.87).The uniformity of leaf(0.57)radix(0.41)and fruit(0.41)High,and endophytic fungi between roots and leaves,roots and fruits,fruits and leaves have higher level of similarity.Conclusion The diversity of endophytic fungi in Areca catechu L.will for the study of endophytic fungal metabolite activity and the development and excavation of new compounds,so as to give full play to its medicinal value.
