二维单轴与二轴编织铺层复合材料压缩性能 被引量:1

摘要 研究了编织角和纤维体积分数的变化对二维单轴和二轴编织铺层复合材料压缩性能的影响,分析了两种复合材料试样的压缩破坏模式。结果表明:当两种结构的编织角和纤维体积分数相同时,二维单轴编织铺层复合材料的压缩强度和压缩模量均高于二维二轴编织铺层复合材料;当承受沿试样长度方向压缩载荷时,两种复合材料试样中编织角较小的区域破坏较为严重,且层内裂纹沿试样厚度方向延伸,但其在层间的延伸并不连续。研究表明二维单轴编织铺层复合材料中纤维屈曲的减少对提高复合材料的压缩性能有明显效果。 The influence of braiding angle and fiber volume fraction on the compressive properties of twodimensional(2D)uniaxial and biaxial braided laminated composites was studied.Then the damage mode in the two structural composites under compressive loading process was analyzed.Experimental results reveal that the compressive strength and modulus of 2D uniaxial braided laminated composites are higher than those of 2D biaxial braided laminated composites when they are in the same braiding angle and fiber volume fraction.When subjected to the compression load along the length of specimens,the area with smaller braiding angle is seriously damaged in the two types of composites.Besides,the in-layer cracks of the two structural specimens stretch along the direction of specimens thickness,and the stretch is not continuous between layers.The results show that the reduction of fiber buckling in 2D uniaxial braiding structure can improve the compressive properties of braided composites.
