摘要
为获得更为符合实际的长丝束等效剪切模量,基于单纤维剪切模量的扭摆测试法,设计并搭建长丝束等效剪切模量试验装置。通过测试计算不同线密度、不同预加张力下的长丝束等效剪切模量,讨论了等效剪切模量与这些参数之间的关系。结果表明,长丝束的等效剪切模量是动态模量,可以根据工艺中长丝束实际的结构参数"线密度"与工艺参数"预加张力"测试计算而得。相比传统的剪切模量计算方法(假设长丝束为均质、各向同性材料),由此测得的等效剪切模量可使长丝束动力学模型的仿真结果更符合实际。
In order to obtain a more practical equivalent shear modulus of filament bundle,this paper designed and constructed the experimental device based on the torsion pendulum method used for single fiber shear modulus test.The relationship between equivalent shear modulus and parameters such as linear density and pre-tension was discussed by testing the modulus of filament bundles under different linear densities and pre-tension.The results show that the equivalent shear modulus of filament bundle is dynamic,and it can be calculated based on the structural parameter(linear density)and technological parameter(pre-tension)in practical.Compared with the ordinary method for shear modulus calculation,that is assuming that the filament bundle is a homogeneous and isotropic material,the measured equivalent shear modulus makes the simulation results of the dynamic model of the filament bundle further accord with the practical situation.
