双圆弧拟合曲线在参数化服装制版中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对服装CAD制版系统中存在的推版过程繁琐以及推版生成纸样单一等问题,介绍一种双圆弧拟合曲线的参数化服装制版方法。结合双圆弧拟合曲线原理以及AutoCAD软件中的几何约束和标注约束,通过定义参数和建立函数关系式构建参数化曲线约束模型。在此基础上以男衬衣原型前片为例,建立参数化样版,通过修改参数从而实现参数化驱动。结果表明,平均转角法双圆弧能较为准确地拟合服装曲线,参数化双圆弧约束模型能够约束和驱动曲线,并且建立的男衬衣原型参数化样版的任意参数均可调整。该研究优化了服装CAD制版系统的推版过程,为服装的参数化制图提供了可参考的路径和方法。 Aiming at problems in the clothing CAD system such as complicated grading process and monotonous pattern of grading,this paper introduced a parametric method of double circular arc fitting curve for garment platemaking.Based on the principle of double circular arc fitting curve and geometric constraint and labeling constraint in AutoCAD software,parametric curve constraint model was established by defining parameters and establishing functional relations.Then the parameterized sample was established with the front piece of male shirt prototype as example,so that the parameters could be drived by modifying the parameters.The results show that the curve can be fitted accurately by the mean angle method.Parametric double arc constraint model can constrain and drive the curves.Any parameters of the prototype parametric sample of the men\s shirt can be adjusted.The study optimizes the grading process of the garment CAD plate making system and provides a reference path and method for the parametric drawing of the garment.
