摘要
针对目前应用在纺织品上的商用RFID(radio frequency identification)标签无法满足小型化及"隐形"的问题,以纱线为载体,设计了一种以螺旋偶极子为天线的小尺寸UHF(ultra-highfrequency)RFID标签纱。针对标签纱的结构,探讨了纱线材质结构和天线几何结构对标签纱读取距离的影响。试验结果表明:芯纱材质影响标签纱读取距离,以棉纱为芯纱的标签纱读取距离大于以涤纶为芯纱的标签纱;标签纱读取距离随天线螺旋直径的增加而增加,随天线螺距的增加呈先减小后增大的趋势;标签纱的包覆纤维层对超高频电磁波有介电干扰作用,导致标签纱的读取距离减小。
For the current commercial RFID(radio frequency identification)tags in the field of textile and garment sections,the problem of miniaturization and"invisibility"cannot be satisfied.A small-size UHF(ultra-high-frequency)RFID yarn with spiral dipole antenna was designed with the common yarn as the substance.The influence of the yarn material and the geometrical features of the antenna on the reading range of the UHF RFID yarn were discussed.The experimental results show that the material of the core yarn can affect the reading range,and the reading range of the UHF RFID yarn with the cotton core yarn is longer than that with the polyester one.And the reading range increases with the spiral wire diameter of the antenna,and firstly decreases and then increases with the increase of helical pitch.The dielectric properties of the covering layer of the UHF RFID yarn reduces the reading range of the UHF RFID yarn due to the transmission interference of the ulta-high-frequency electromagnetic wave.
