摘要
通过固定床痕量Hg^0吸附试验台系统,考察了O2、SO2、NO、HCl共4种烟气组分对载溴高硫石油焦吸附转化Hg^0性能的影响。试验结果表明:O2的存在有利于载溴石油焦捕获烟气中的Hg^0;NO存在的情况下,吸附剂的吸附量和吸附效率要明显大于纯N2气氛;HCl对载溴石油焦汞吸附的促进作用非常明显;SO2对载溴石油焦吸附氧化Hg^0有一定的促进作用,但这样的促进作用随着SO2浓度的升高向抑制作用转变。
The effect of O2,SO2,NO,and HCl on bromine-enriched high-sulfur petroleum coke in adsorption and conversion of Hg^0 was investigated by fixed bed trace Hg^0 adsorption experimental bench system.Experimental results show that the existence of O2 can accelerate the Hg^0 capture ability of brominated petroleum coke in flue gas.In the presence of NO,the adsorption capacity and efficiency of adsorbent are obviously larger than those in pure N2.The promotion effect of HCl on the brominated petroleum coke in adsorption is very obvious.SO2 can promote the Hg^0 adsorption of brominated petroleum coke,but the effect can turn into inhibabition with the increase of SO2 concentration.
