基质金属蛋白酶-12在人胃癌组织中的表达与各临床病理因素的相关性研究

Correlation between expression of MMP-12 in human gastric cancer tissues and clinicopathological factors

目的研究基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-12在人胃癌组织中的表达与各临床病理因素之间的相关性。方法选取我院肿瘤科收治的60例胃癌患者为观察组,对其癌组织与癌旁组织进行分析。另选取同期收治的60名健康体检者作为对照组,检测2组研究对象MMP-12的表达情况。结果①与正常胃组织相比,MMP-12在胃癌组织中阳性表达率更高(P<0.05),而其在正常胃组织和癌旁组织中表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②在肿瘤分化程度低、Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、浸润到浆膜或浆膜外、发生淋巴转移的患者中,MMP-12的表达阳性率更高(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌组织中,MMP-12有着极高的表达阳性率,且随着肿瘤的发展、转移,MMP-12表达阳性率会更高,为胃癌的诊断、治疗和防复发提供了依据。

Objective To determine the correlation between the expression of MMP-12 in human gastric cancer tissues and various clinicopathological factors.Methods:Sixty patients with gastric cancer admitted to the Department of Oncology in our hospital were included as the subjects in the study group.The gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were examined.A contemporary cohort of 60 healthy subjects was included as the control group.The expression of MMP-12 in the two groups was determined.Results①Compared with normal gastric tissues,the positive expression rate of MMP-12 in gastric cancer tissues was higher(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the positive expression rate between normal gastric tissues and adjacent tissues(P>0.05).②In patients with low tumor differentiation,stageⅢ+Ⅳ,infiltration into serosa or out of serosa,and lymph node metastasis,the positive expression rate of MMP-12 was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of MMP-12 is very high in gastric cancer tissues.It increases along with the development and metastasis of tumor,which provides an effective theoretical guidance for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of gastric cancer.
