摘要
在大豆油及其副产品的生产过程中,浸出工艺是最为重要的环节,浸出效果的好与坏直接影响着整个工艺的质量与生产成果的成功与否,因此,把控好影响大豆浸出效果的几个关键因素至关重要。文章就影响大豆油浸出效果的因素,包括前处理过程:大豆油料水分含量、轧胚、膨化和浸出过程:浸出时间、浸出温度、料液比、料胚高度,结合相关文献资料以及实际生产的经验,浅谈影响大豆浸出效果的因素分析。
In the production process of soybean oil and its by-products,the leaching process is the most important link.The quality of the whole process and the success of the production results are directly affected by the leaching effect.Therefore,It is very important to control several key factors that affect soybean leaching effect.This paper discusses the factors that affect the extraction effect of soybean oil,Including pre-treatment process:water content of soybean oil,rolling,expansion and leaching process:leaching time,leaching temperature,ratio of material to liquid,height of material,combined with relevant literature and practical production experience,analysis of factors affecting soybean leaching effect.
