摘要
由于车架在汽车的行驶过程中承受多种载荷,因此在车架优化时需要考虑车辆的实际行驶工况,运用云模型与层次分析法,并结合专家对工况重要性评价指标,得到各工况最优权重系数,进行车架的多工况优化。以某城市客车车身优化为例,通过多工况优化,结果相对于各单工况结果,更接近于实际行驶情况,更具有参考价值。
Because the frame is subjected to various load during the driving process of the car,its optimization needs to consider the actual driving conditions of the vehicle,and the combination of the cloud model and the analytic hierarchy process is used to assemble the important indexes evaluated by experts.The optimal weighting coefficient of each working condition is obtained,and the multi-condition of the frame is optimized.This paper takes the optimization of the bus body in a city as an example and through optimization of multiple working conditions,the results are closer to the actual driving situation and have more reference value than the results of each single working condition.
