摘要 以飞机小翼可制造性为研究对象,运用系统工程方法的利益攸关方捕获—功能分析—需求分析—设计综合的过程模型,对小翼结构进行优化,并通过强度、安全、维修、工艺等各专业对优化设计进行验证。结果证明优化设计提高了飞机产品质量和可制造性能力,也验证了系统工程方法在提高项目运作效率上有非常重要的意义。 The winglet’s manufacturability is taken as object of study.The needs-acquire-function analysis-requirements analysis-design synthesis process model in the system engineering method is used to optimize its the structure,and its design is verified in the strength,safety,maintenance and manufacturing process.The result shows that this optimization improves the product’s quality and manufacturability,and it is proved that the system engineering method is of great significance in the improvement of the operating efficiency.
