摘要 分析比较了目前国内卷烟企业剔除烟草异物所运用的技术,详细阐述了基于激光分拣技术异物剔除系统的原理和优点。从实际应用效果来看,其能够在较低误剔率的情况下对烟草物料中所含异物进行高效可靠地剔除,很好地满足卷烟企业有效净化烟草物料的使用需求。 The technology used in domestic cigarette factory to eliminate tobacco foreign objects is analyzed and compared,and the principle and advantages of the sorting system based on the laser sorting technology is expounded.From the practical application results,it can be used to effectively and reliably eliminate the foreign objects contained in the tobacco materials under the low false reject rate,and it well satisfies the demand for effectively purifying tobacco materials in the tobacco factor.
