摘要
为了一锅法合成2-氨基-3,5-二溴苯甲酸,开发了一种以邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,经过Hoffmann降解及亲电溴代的合成新方法.结果表明:在优化条件下以90%的产率合成了目标产物.一锅法合成2-氨基-3,5-二溴苯甲酸的新工艺具有操作简便、反应高效、溴原子利用率高、生产成本低等优点,符合产业化生产的要求.
In order to synthesize 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzoic acid by one-pot method,a new method of synthesizing 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzoic acid from phthalimide by Hoffmann degradation and electrophilic bromination was developed.The results showed that the target product was synthesized with 90%yield under optimized conditions.The new one-pot synthesis process of 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzoic acid had the advantages of simple operation,high reaction efficiency,high utilization rate of bromine atoms and low production cost,which could meet the requirements of industrial production.
