摘要
基层农业科研院所是引领和推动乡村振兴、促进基层农业科技创新、推动农村经济社会发展的关键力量。本研究对基层农业科研院所人才流失的现状进行了阐述,并以广东湛江两个典型的热带农业科研单位为例,分析了其人才流失的原因,提出了应重视高层次人才、形成引才留才的“软优势”、开通引才绿色通道和为人才实现价值提供舞台等建议,以期能遏制基层农业科研院所人才流失态势。
Grass-roots agricultural scientific research institutes are the crucial force of leading rural revitalization,promoting innovation of agricultural technology and driving development of rural economy and society at the grass-roots level.In this study,the present situation of serious brain drain of grass-roots agricultural research institutes was described and the primary reasons of the brain drain were analyzed based on two typical tropical agricultural research institutes.Consequently,proposals including cherishing highlevel talents,attracting talents by forming‘soft advantages’,opening up green channels for talents and providing stage for talents to realize their value are put forward with a view to curbing the brain drain situation of grass-roots agricultural research institutes.
