高校国际学生培养的多元文化教育路径——以中华女子学院为例

摘要 以中华女子学院国际教育项目为例,对我国高等教育机构如何提升国际学生培养质量进行研究,结果显示:案例项目在建章立制方面,制定了国际化的学位论文标准和具有专业特色的实习规定,建立了自发共议的课堂秩序规则;在制度的执行方面,建立了论文制度的保障机制,创新了实习形式和课堂教学模式;在制度的反馈与调整方面,对论文规定和实习规定,以及课程设计和课堂教学中反映出的问题,做出了相应的调整。研究建议,在国际学生培养过程中应坚持多元文化教育理念,以确保国际学生的培养质量。 Taking the School of International Education at China Women’s University(CWU)as a case study,the thesis conducts a research of how to improve the cultivation level of international student in higher education institutions in China.The research results show that CWU School of International Education has formulated internationalized academic thesis standards,enacted special regulations for internship featuring its own professional characteristics,and set up self-proposed and joint discussion classroom order in the aspect of institutional building.The CWU School of International Education has rolled out a guarantee mechanism to implement the thesis standards,and made an innovation in the form of internship and teaching methods,when it comes to the observation of institutions.The CWU School of International Education has made necessary adjustments to its rules on thesis writing and internship,along with new problems arising from curricular design and teaching,when talking about the feedbacks and modifications of regulations.The study thus suggests that we should adhere to the concept of multi-cultural education in the cultivation of international students in a move to ensure their educational competence.
