环氧化物酶-2在肿瘤微环境中的作用研究进展 被引量:5

Research Progress on Roles of COX-2 in Tumor Microenvironment

摘要 肿瘤微环境是肿瘤赖以生存的环境,肿瘤细胞与所处的环境相互作用,形成有利于其发生发展的环境条件。肿瘤微环境的组分多元,包括各种细胞和因子,环氧化物酶-2就是其中的一种。环氧化物酶-2在多种实体瘤中存在高表达,并参与了肿瘤发生发展的众多环节,包括免疫逃逸、增殖、抗凋亡、转移等。全文就环氧化物酶-2在肿瘤微环境领域的研究进展进行综述。 The tumor cells interact with their microenvironment,in which tumor growth is promoted. There are various active factors existing in the tumor microenvironment,COX-2 is one of them. Reports have shown that COX-2 is over-expressed in many solid tumors and involved in the process of tumorogenesis and progression,including immunologic escape,proliferation,anti-apoptosis and metastasis. This article reviews the research progress on the roles of COX-2 in the tumor microenvironment.
