摘要
分析了某电站蒸汽加热盘管产生水击导致铜弯头破裂的原因,结合调试过程中出现的异常状况,提出了具体的技术改造方案和优化措施。整改效果表明,优化措施可以降低蒸汽加热盘管铜弯头破裂的风险,提高了电站运行的安全性,可供电站和其他类似项目加热设备的设计选型和系统设计借鉴。
Analyses the breakdown of copper elbow caused by water hammer in steam heating coil of a power station. Combined with the abnormal situation in the debugging process, puts forward the specific technical transformation scheme and optimization measures. The results show that the optimization measures can reduce the breakdown risk of copper elbow of steam heating coil and improve the safety operation of power station. It can be used for reference in the design and selection of heating equipment and system design of power station and other similar projects.
