摘要
伴随计算机辅助外科与口腔医学的不断实践结合,数字外科技术已广泛应用于口腔颌面外科临床,包括术前手术规划、虚拟手术设计、三维打印数字外科导板、手术导航以及术后数字化评价等,各项技术逐渐形成了完善的医工结合。数字导板作为数字化外科中的核心技术,已经被证实可显著提高手术精准度及缩短手术时间。本文围绕数字导板设计流程,数字导板在上颌阻生牙拔除、三叉神经定位、异物取出、颌面部骨折治疗及颌骨缺损精确修复重建等外科的临床实践,分别作了分析讨论,以期推进该技术的临床应用。
With the continuous clinical practices between computer-aided surgery and stomatology, digital surgical technology has been widely used in the clinical works of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including preoperative surgical planning, virtual surgical design, three dimensional(3D) printing-based surgical digital guide, surgical navigation and postoperative digital evaluation, which gradually forming some combinations between medicine and engineering. As the core technology of digital surgery, digital guide plate has been proved to significantly improve surgical accuracy and shorten operation time. In this paper, the design process of the digital guide plate, the clinical application of digital guide plate in the extraction of impacted maxillary teeth, the location of trigeminal nerve, the removal of foreign bodies, the treatment of maxillofacial fractures and the precise reconstruction of maxillofacial defects, are analyzed and discussed.
