摘要
目的探讨血清中ASO、RF、ESR、CRP检测在猩红热患者中的临床意义。方法选取本院2016年6月-2017年6月就诊的60例猩红热患者作为观察组,并以同期健康体检的患者30例作为对照组,并对猩红热患者病情进行分级,对比不同病情分级患者血清指标的变化,采用Pearson相关性分析探讨血清中ASO、RF、ESR、CRP与猩红热患者临床特点的关系。结果观察组各型患者ASO、ESR、RF、CRP水平明显高于对照组,且随着病情程度的增加ASO、ESR、CRP水平逐渐升高,而组间RF水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),显效组患者ASO、ESR、CRP水平明显高于有效组、无效组,各组间RF水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ASO、ESR、CRP均与病情、病程、治疗效果呈负相关。结论血清中ASO、ESR、CRP水平与猩红热患者病情及预后密切相关。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum ASO, RF, ESR and CRP detection in scarlet fever. Methods Sixty cases of scarlet fever in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 30 healthy cases for physical examination were used as the control group. The scarlet fever patients were classified according to the severity, and the changes of serum indexes in patients with different disease classification were compared, and in serum. The relationship between ASO, RF, ESR, CRP and the clinical characteristics of scarlet fever patients was discussed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results The levels of ASO, ESR, RF and CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the level of ASO, ESR and CRP increased gradually with the increase of the severity, and there was no statistical significance on the difference of RF level between the groups(P>0.05). There was no difference in the level of RF level between the groups. The levels of ASO, ESR and CRP in the marked group were significantly higher than those in the effective group and the ineffective group, with the difference of RF level not statistically significant between the groups(P>0.05). ASO, ESR and CRP were negatively correlated with the disease, course and treatment effect. Conclusion Serum levels of ASO, ESR and CRP are closely related to the severity and prognosis of patients with scarlet fever.
