铜绿假单胞菌生物膜研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,PA)是临床常见的革兰阴性条件致病菌,当人体的组织屏障破坏或免疫功能低下时,可以引起败血症、肺炎和伤口感染等严重疾病⑷。病原性PA有二种不同的生存形态,分别是游离细菌和生物膜(BF)。游离细菌主要通过细胞毒性作用引起急性炎症反应,而BF则导致难治性慢性感染⑷。BF是微生物附着于物体表面并通常被细胞外高分子基质(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)包裹形成的群落,一旦形成就很难被根除[3,4]。由于能够形成非常厚实的生物膜,并对人类健康造成极大危害,PA已经成为生物膜研究的模式细菌之一[4,5]。本文将对PA产生物膜的组成、形成原因、形成过程和调控机制作一综述。
