摘要
中国古代传统的“师道观”——“师者,传道、受业、解惑”的说法,已经不适应现代教育发展的需要。在现代教育环境下应实现从“传道”到“分享”,从“授业”到“择业”“创业”,从“解惑”到“探索研究”的转变,这是当前高等教育必须面对的课题及实践方向。
Chinese traditional concept of understanding teachers in ancient time is that teachers are those who can propagate the doctrine,impart professional knowledge,and resolve doubts.However,it has not been adaptable to the development of modern education.Under the circumstances of modern education,teachers are required from propagating the doctrine to sharing information and experiences,from imparting knowledge to helping students select and create business,and from resolving doubts to cultivating students abilities to research and explore,which is the subject and direction of practice confronted by higher education in nowadays.
