摘要
分别通过甲醇热反应和水热反应制备了不同晶形的ZrO2载体,再采用浸渍还原法制备了Ru/ZrO2催化剂,利用XRD,CO2-TPD等方法分析了催化剂的结构与性质,并考察了催化剂催化乙酰丙酸(LA)加氢制备γ-戊内酯(GVL)的影响因素。实验结果表明,利用甲醇热反应、氮气中焙烧制得的四方相ZrO2载体(ZrO2-A)表面具有适宜的弱酸弱碱性,易于LA分子的吸附和活化,可能是Ru/ZrO2-A催化LA加氢制备GVL性能优异的原因。该催化剂在Ru的负载量为1.0%(w)、180℃、H2压力3.0 MPa、水为溶剂的条件下反应90 min,GVL收率为100%。
ZrO2 support with different crystal phase were synthesized by methanol-thermal and hydrothermal reactions,respectively.Ru/ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation-reduction,and their structures and properties were characterized by XRD,CO2-TPD.The in uence factors on hydrogenation preparation ofγ-valerolactone(GVL)by catalyzing levulinic acid(LA)with Ru/ZrO2 catalyst were investigated.The results showed that the surface of the tetragonal zirconia support(ZrO2-A)synthesized by methanol-thermal reaction and calcined in nitrogen has appropriate weak acid and alkalinity,which are favorable to adsorption and activation of LA,and may be responsible for the excellent performance for LA hydrogenation to prepare GVL catalyzed by Ru/ZrO2-A.The GVL was obtained with a yield of 100%in 90 min under the reaction conditions of Ru loading of 1.0%(w),180℃,3.0 MPa H2 and water as solvent.
