摘要
以直馏柴油为原料,采用单次通过加氢裂化流程,考察了反应温度、体系压力及体积空速对产物分布、液体产品收率、化学氢耗及主要产品性质的影响。实验结果表明,加氢裂化工艺可将直馏柴油全部转化为高附加值的重石脑油、航空煤油及尾油等产品;反应温度对产物分布影响较大,可通过调整裂化温度灵活调变产品结构;体系压力、体积空速对直馏柴油加氢裂化影响不大,对产品性质要求不苛刻的企业可选择较低的体系压力进行生产以获得更好的经济效益。
Straight-run diesel was used as raw material in a single hydrocracking process,the effects of reaction temperature,system pressure and volume space velocity on product distribution,liquid product yield,chemical hydrogen consumption and main product properties were investigated.The results showed that hydrocracking process can convert straight-run diesel into heavy naphtha,aviation kerosene and tail oil with high value-added;reaction temperature has a great effect on product distribution and the product distribution can be flexibly adjusted by adjusting cracking temperature.System pressure and volume space velocity have little effect on hydrocracking of straight-run diesel,enterprises that did not require strict product quality can choose lower system pressure in order to achieve better economic bene ts.
