Analysis on allergology examination papers of undergraduates from eight-year clinical medicine program

目的对北京协和医学院八年制临床医学本科生所完成的107份变态反应学试卷进行评价分析,为改进教学模式,优化教学内容提供依据。方法从专业题库中选取试题,根据教学大纲组卷,考试后进行试卷统计分析,计算难度、区分度、信度、效度评价试卷质量。结果学生成绩分布为(83. 1±4. 3)分,试题难度系数分布为0. 85 (0. 64,0. 97),区分度分布为0. 07 (0,0. 21),代表信度的内部一致性系数为0. 606,试卷覆盖了93%的教学内容。影响题目正确率的主要因素是题型,免疫治疗和变应性鼻炎相关题目的正确率偏低。结论本套变态反应学试卷信度尚可,内容效度较好,但整体难度偏低,区分度不高,有待对试题结构进行调整。

Objective The aim of this study is to provide basis for improving teaching model and optimizing the content of Allergology courses through analyzing the 107 copies of examination papers of Allergology courses,which were completed by undergraduates of eight-year clinical medicine program of Peking Union Medical College. Methods A certain number of test questions were selected from the Allergology question bank to form a reasonable examination paper,following the syllabus. Test results were analyzed after the examination,and the paper quality was evaluated based on calculated indexes including difficulty coefficient,discrimination index,reliability and degree of coverage. Results The mean score of the examination was 83. 1±4. 3. The difficulty coefficient and discrimination index of the test question was 0. 85( 0. 64,0. 97) and 0. 07( 0,0. 21)respectively. The Cronbach α coefficient representing the reliability was 0. 606 and the test questions covered93% of the teaching contents. According to the results of statistical analysis,the major affecting factor of answers accuracy was question type and the accuracy of answers to the questions related to immunotherapy and allergic rhinitis was relatively low. Conclusion This examination paper of Allergy courses showed good reliability and proper coverage for the teaching content,but its difficulty and discriminatory power were relatively low,further optimization of paper structure and content is necessary.
