固有淋巴细胞在哮喘发病机制及治疗中的作用

Role of innate lymphoid cells in the pathogenesis and treatment of asthma

哮喘是21世纪全球公共健康问题之一,我国发病率高且呈明显上升趋势,疾病负担重。哮喘发病机制复杂,治疗困难,是临床的热点和难点问题。近10年来,固有淋巴细胞(ILCs)的发现使我们对哮喘的发病机制有了进一步的认识,ILCs可分为不同亚型,其中,ILC2主要与过敏性哮喘相关,而ILC1/ILC3参与非过敏性哮喘的发病。本文重点关注ILCs参与哮喘发病机制的研究,并对其在哮喘防治中的潜在价值作简要综述。

Asthma is one of the global public health problems in 21 st century.The incidence of asthma is high and still increasing,and the burden of disease is heavy in China.Asthma is a hot and difficult clinical problem because of its complicated pathogenesis and difficulty in treatment.Over the past decade,the discovery of innate lymphoid cells(ILCs)has led to a better understanding of the pathogenesis of asthma.ILCs can be divided into different subtypes.ILC2 is mainly related to allergic asthma,while ILC1/ILC3 is involved in the pathogenesis of non-allergic asthma.The role of ILCs in the pathogenesis of asthma and its potential value in prevention and treatment of asthma were focused and summarized in this article.
