微格教学法在海军基层部队军医战伤救治训练中的应用

Application of micro-teaching method in warfield rescue training of naval military surgeons

目的探索借助微格教学法,以提高海军基层部队军医战伤救治训练效果。方法选取海军某基层部队参加战伤救治培训班的军医共120名学员,随机将学员分为试验组和对照组,每组60名军医。试验组予以应用微格教学法,对照组按传统讲练式教学。2组学员均由相同教员按相同的教学大纲教学。在培训前和培训后分别对2组学员的各项战救技能及自我效能进行评估比较。结果对照组学员培训后的各项战救技能成绩以及自我效能评价分数优于培训前,但差于试验组学员培训后的各项战救技能成绩以及自我效能评价分数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组师生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微格教学法的训练效果要优于传统教学方法,值得在海军基层部队的战救训练中推广。

Objective To explore the effect of micro-teaching in improving the warfield rescue training of naval military surgeons.Methods A total of 120 military surgeons from a naval force training course were selected.The trainees were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 military surgeons in each group.The experimental group were applied the micro-teaching method,and the control group was taught according to the traditional practice.Both groups of students were taught by the same faculty in the same syllabus.The training skills and self-efficacy of the two groups of participants were evaluated before and after the training.Results The scores of the various rescue skills and self-efficacy evaluation scores of the control group after training were better than those before the training,but they were worse than the scores of the various rescue skills and self-efficacy evaluation scores after the training of the experimental group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The teacher-student satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training effect of the micro-teaching method is better than that of the traditional teaching method,and it is worthy of promotion in the warfield rescue training of the naval grassroots units.
