肝灌注化疗栓塞联合射频消融对肝细胞癌及相关血清标记物的影响
摘要
经导管动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)已逐渐成为多结节性肝细胞癌的治疗方法,因其可与化疗相结合,改善动脉栓塞引起的缺血性坏死,从而减缓肿瘤进展并提高存活率[1]。射频热消融术(RFA)是一种新兴技术,已被提议作为传统经皮乙醇注射的替代方案,并作为肝移植辅助治疗。此外,RFA也是一种适用于非结节性肝细胞癌的治疗方法[2]。
