摘要
目的探讨多模式超声成像联合应用诊断甲状腺实性低回声结节良恶性的价值。方法 80例甲状腺实性低回声结节患者行超声TI-RADS分类、超声弹性成像、超声造影检查,以病理或穿刺活检结果为"金标准",评估三者的诊断效果。结果多模式超声成像联合应用的恶性结节检出率、灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于超声TI-RADS分类、超声弹性成像、超声造影单独检测(P<0.05)。结论多模式超声成像联合应用在甲状腺实性低回声结节良恶性的诊断中具有重要价值,可为临床治疗提供重要依据。
Objective To explore the value of combined application of multi-mode ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid solid hypoechoic nodules. Methods 80 patients with thyroid solid hypoechoic nodules received ultrasonic TI-RADS classification, ultrasonic elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. The pathology or biopsy results were used as "gold standard" to evaluate the diagnostic effects of the three methods. Results The malignant nodule detection rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined application of multi-mode ultrasound imaging were higher than those of TI-RADS classification, ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound alone(P<0.05). Conclusions Combined application of multi-mode ultrasound imaging has important value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid solid hypoechoic nodules, which can provide important basis for clinical treatment.
