无创正压通气联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗重症急性心力衰竭的效果观察 被引量:2

Observation on the Effect of Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation Combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the Treatment of Severe Acute Heart Failure

摘要 目的观察无创正压通气联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗重症急性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年10月至2018年11月收治的70例重症急性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各35例。对照组采用无创正压通气治疗,观察组采用无创正压通气联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,显著高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血浆NT-proBNP水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的24 h尿量多于对照组,撤机时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PaO2、SPO2、pH值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创正压通气联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗重症急性心力衰竭可获得理想的疗效。 Objective To observe the effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV) combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of severe acute heart failure. Methods 70 patients with severe acute heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to November 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with NIPPV, and the observation group was treated with NIPPV combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 94.29%, significantly higher than 77.14% of control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma NT-proBNP levels of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the plasma NT-proBNP level of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the 24 h urine volume of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the withdrawal time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the PaO2, SPO2 and pH were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of severe acute heart failure can achieve ideal efficacy.
