针对性心理干预对阿片类物质依赖患者药物治疗效果的影响

Observation on the Impact of Targeted Psychological Intervention on Drug Treatment Effect in Patients with Opioid Dependent

目的研究针对性心理干预在阿片类物质依赖患者药物治疗中的应用效果。方法 100例阿片类物质依赖患者随机分为研究组和对照组各50例,两组均给予常规药物治疗和用药指导,研究组在此基础上实施针对性心理干预,比较两组的药物治疗效果、心理状态以及生活质量。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的78.0%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均显著降低,QOL-DA评分均显著升高,且研究组的各项评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性心理干预可提高阿片类物质依赖患者的药物治疗效果,帮助患者构建良好的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the application effect of targeted psychological intervention in opioid dependent patients with drug treatment. Methods 100 patients with opioid dependent were randomly divided into the study group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups received routine drug treatment and medication guidance;in addition, the study group received targeted psychological intervention. The treatment effect of drugs, mental state and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of study group was 90.0%, significantly higher than 78.0% of control group(P<0.05). After intervention,both groups had significantly decreased SAS and SDS scores, and significantly increased QOL-DA score, and the scores of study group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Targeted psychological intervention can improve the drug treatment effect in patients with opioid dependent, help patients to establish good mental state, and improve the quality of life of patients.
