抑郁症患者进食障碍的综合护理干预效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Depressive Patients with Eating Disorder

目的观察综合护理干预对抑郁症患者进食障碍的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的56例抑郁症伴进食障碍患者,随机分为两组各28例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。干预30 d后,比较两组的体质量及血清电解质指标。结果干预30 d后,研究组的体质量较干预前显著增加(P<0.05),对照组的体质量与干预前相比未见显著改变(P>0.05),研究组的体质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预30 d后,两组患者的K^+、Na^+及CO2^-CP均较干预前显著改善,且研究组的K^+、Na^+及CO2^-CP均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可明显改善抑郁症伴进食障碍患者的体质量以及血清电解质指标,促进其日常营养的摄入。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depressive patients with eating disorder.Methods 56 patients with depression complicated with eating disorder admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. After 30 days of intervention, the body mass and serum electrolyte indicators of two groups were compared. Results After 30 days of intervention, the body mass of study group was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05), while the body mass of control group did not change significantly compared with that before intervention(P>0.05);The body mass of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). After 30 days of intervention, K^+, Na^+ and CO2^-CP in both groups were significantly better than those before intervention, and K^+, Na^+ and CO2^-CP of study group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously improve the body mass and serum electrolyte indicators of patients with depression complicated with eating disorder, and promote their daily nutrition intake.
