河南省气象信息一体化监控平台的设计和应用

Design and application of meteorological information integrated monitoring platform in Henan province

文章从河南省气象局的现状出发,结合气象信息化建设要求,介绍了河南省气象信息一体化监控平台在气象业务系统中的设计和应用,剖析了监控平台的工作原理和数据流程。该平台的建设和应用提高了气象资料的传输质量、数据库的入库率以及气象服务产品的应用,为全网智能化运维管理平台打下了基础。最后总结了该系统平台的应用价值和对河南省气象业务系统的影响。

Based on the current situation of Henan meteorological bureau and the requirements of meteorological informatization construction,this paper introduces the design and application of integrated monitoring platform of Henan meteorological information in meteorological service system,and analyzes the working principle and data flow of the monitoring platform.The construction and application of this platform have improved the transmission quality of meteorological data,the warehousing rate of database and the application of meteorological service products,which laid a foundation for the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform of the whole network.At last,the application value of this system platform and its influence on the meteorological service system of Henan province are summarized.
