摘要
文章根据《QX/T 84-2007气象低速风洞性能测试规范》的指导方法对DZS-Ⅱ型气象低速风洞进行稳定性测试。通过建立数学模型计算测试结果,依据《JJG 431-2014轻便三杯风向风速表》检定规程要求,判定风洞各流速点稳定性不合格。勘查风洞的设备状态,分析了导致稳定性不合格的原因,提出了风洞稳定性修复方法。最后对风洞的日常使用和维护提出了建议,确保风洞设备在测量过程中保持准确性和可靠性。
Based on the instructional methods of QXT 84-2007 Test Specification of Meteorological Low Speed Wind Tunnel Performance,stability test for DZS-ⅡMeteorological low-speed wind tunnel is conducted.By building the mathematical model,and in accordance with the verification regulations of JJG 431-2014 Portable 3-cup Anemometers,it can be judged that the stability of each velocity point in the wind tunnel is not qualified.After inspecting the device status of the wind tunnel and analyzing the factors caused the unqualified stability,the restoring method for the wind tunnel stability is proposed.At last,suggestions on the daily use and maintenance of the wind tunnel are given to ensure that the equipment in the wind tunnel can keep accurate and reliable in the process of measurement.
