摘要
高强钢的特性决定了其自身在冲压成形时存在的不足,回弹就是其中最为棘手的问题之一,屈服强度越大,回弹量越大。预防高强钢回弹措施成为控制模具开发成本、缩短模具开发周期、提升高强钢制件精度的关键。介绍了高强钢回弹的预防措施。
The characteristics of high strength steel determine its own shortcomings in stamping,spingback is one of the most difficult problems,it increases with the increase of yield strength.Therefore,to prevent the springback of high strength steel is the key of control the cost of die development,shorten the cycle of die development and improve the precision of high strength steel parts.Preventive measures of high strength steel springback is introduced.
