基于UG的徽章类零件的设计与加工

Design and Processing of Badge Parts Based on UG Software

CAD/CAM及数控加工技术是现代机械工业中最具有活力的一部分,也是各高校工程实训教学中最重要的一部分。用UG软件将CAD、CAM以及数控加工技术结合起来进行综合训练,不仅可以有效提高学生的学习热情,还可以充分挖掘学生的创新和实践能力。以华中科技大学校徽的设计和加工为例,介绍了用UG进行设计和加工校徽的方法和步骤,对CAD/CAM课程教学改革和徽章类产品的设计和加工有一定的帮助和借鉴作用。

CAD/CAM and NC machining technology are the most dynamic part of modern mechanical industry,and also the most important part of engineering training teaching in Colleges and universities.Using UG software to combine CAD,CAM and NC machining technology for comprehensive training can not only effectively improve students"learning enthusiasm,but also fully tap students"innovation and practical ability.Taking the design and processing of the school emblem of Huazhong University of science and technology as an example,this paper introduces the methods and steps of using UG to design and process the school emblem,which is helpful to the teaching reform of CAD/CAM and the design and processing of badge products.
