川南五县中药材千里光资源调查

Resource investigation of groundsel, a Chinese medicinal material, in five counties of Southern Sichuan

目的:通过对川南5县中药资源现状进行资源普查,为中药千里光的资源保护与合理开发提供重要的参考依据。方法:以第四次全国中药资源普查技术规范为指导,对川南的合江县、叙永县、宜宾县、江安县、珙县进行样地样方调查研究,采集制作腊叶标本和药材标本,对现有的千里光资源进行统计和数据分析。结果:完成5个县,共计190个样地,950个套方,5700个样方的调查,通过统计计算,以叙永县野生千里光的蕴藏量为最丰富,为1067吨;其他各县野生千里光的蕴藏量在200~700吨。结论:虽然各县野生千里光资源蕴藏量较丰富,但分布不均。此次资源调查为地方中医药产业发展规划的制定提供了良好的参考依据。

Objective: To investigate the current status of the resources of Chinese medicinal materials in fivecounties of Southern Sichuan, and to provide an important reference for the resource protection and rational utiliza-tion of groundsel. Methods: Guided by the technical specifications of the Fourth National Survey on Chinese Mate-ria Medica Resources, the herbarium specimens and general specimens of the medicinal materials in five counties ofSouthern Sichuan(Hejiang County, Xuyong County, Yibin County, Jiang’an County, and Gongxian County) were col-lected and made for statistical and data analysis of existing resources of groundsel. Results: A total of 190 sampleplots, 950 sets of square, and 5 700 quadrats in the five counties were investigated. The statistical calculation resultsshowed that Xuyong County had the most abundant resource of wild groundsel(1 067 t), and the other four countieshad a resource ranging from 200 to 700 t. Conclusion: The resources of wild groundsel are rich but unevenly distrib-uted, and this resource investigation has provided a useful reference for the development strategy of local traditionalChinese medicine industry.
