摘要
经济发展和生活水平提高使得居民慢性病患病率急剧上升。饮食是慢性病的重要危险因素之一。膳食模式分析因考虑膳食结构的整体效应近年被广泛用于营养与慢性病关系的研究。目前国内膳食模式与慢性病关系的研究中涉及的膳食模式众多且与慢性病的关系尚存在争议,因此,本文将近几年国内膳食模式与高血压、2型糖尿病、高尿酸血症关系的研究加以综述,为后续研究提供依据。
The economic development and the improvement of living standards have led to a sharp rise in theprevalence rate of chronic diseases among Chinese residents, and among all the important risk factors for chronic dis-eases, diet is one of them. In recent years, dietary pattern analysis has been widely used in the study of the relation-ship between nutritional status and chronic diseases due to the consideration of the overall effect of dietary structure.At present, there are many dietary patterns involved in the study of the relationship between Chinese dietary patternsand chronic diseases, and their relationship is still controversial. Therefore, this article reviews the research progressof the relationship between Chinese dietary patterns and hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and hyperuricemia to providea basis for follow-up research.
