复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化治疗支原体肺炎的疗效观察

Effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide atomization on Mycoplasma pneumonia

目的评估复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将2017年7月至2018年7月本院收治的70例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿按随机分表法分为治疗组(复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德,35例)和对照组(布地奈德,35例)。两组患者均予氧驱雾化吸入,比较两组临床症状评分及平均住院时间。结果两组治疗都可改善患儿的临床症状,治疗组临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组平均住院时间优于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯布地奈德改善病情不及联合复方异丙托溴铵,雾化吸入复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德能更有效地缓解临床表现。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 70 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia during hospitalization were divided into 35 patients in the treatment group(compound ipratropium combined with budesonide)and 35 in the control group(budesonide),all of which were inhaled by oxygen drive mist.The clinical symptoms score and average hospitalization time were observed in the two groups.And carry out statistics.Results Both groups of treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of children,treatment group clinical symptoms score lower thanControl group(P<0.05),average hospitalization time and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound ipratropium combined with budesonide has good efficacy and compliance.The condition of simple budesonide is not as good as that of compound ipratropium bromide.The combination of the two is more effective in alleviating clinical performance.Of course,the data is small and needs further verification.
