PWI指导下的TIA的升压治疗研究

Study on the treatment of TIA under the guidance of PWI

目的探讨在灌注加权成像(PWI)指导下的短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者升压治疗的实用价值。方法选取2015年3月至2018年12月本院基于核磁共振弥散成像所诊断的TIA患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组35例。对照组实施共振弥散成像的测试,7 d内发病患者均采取头部的MRA、MRI与PWI等扫描,实验组通过一定的升压方式来对TIA进行治疗观察。结果两组患者的神经系统功能差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从症状的发作至MRI扫描的时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的病症持续性时间明显减少(P<0.05);实验组患者糖尿病、冠心病、房颤、高血脂、颅中血管狭窄等病症均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),而与患者的平均年龄、性别、失语、高血压、吸烟以及感受异样等因素差异无统计学意义。结论经过PWI指导下的TIA的升压治疗预后良好,生活质量和工作能力改善,提高自信心,减少卒中的复发风险,减轻社会负担,缓解经济压力,值得临床上广泛使用。

Objective To explore the practical value of TIA booster treatment under the guidance of PWI.Methods A total of 70 patients with transient ischemia diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2018 were selected as subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each group with 35 cases.The test of resonance diffusion imaging was performed.The experimental group treated TIA with certain pressure boost.Results There was statistically significant difference in neurological function between the two groups(P<0.05),and statistically significant differences in the time from symptom onset to MRI scan(P<0.05),and the duration of disease was significantly reduced in the experimental group(P<0.05).Diabetes,coronary heart disease,atrial fibrillation,hyperlipidemia,cranial vascular stenosis,aphasia and other diseases were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no internal relationship with the average age,gender,hypertension,smoking,and experience of the patients.Conclusion Patients with TIA under the guidance of PWI have a good prognosis,improved quality of life and work ability,improved self-confidence,reduced risk of recurrence of stroke,reduced social burden,and relieved economic pressure,which is worthy of wide clinical use.
