牙齿缺失应用即刻种植牙法与常规种植牙法治疗的对比分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的对比即刻种植牙法及常规种植牙法运用于牙齿缺失患者临床治疗的效果。方法选取本院2017年7月至2018年8月收治的牙齿缺失患者66例(66颗患牙)作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采用常规种植牙法;观察组采用即刻种植牙法。比较两组患者牙齿缺失修复治疗成功合计率、治疗前及治疗后种植体稳定系数值、不良反应发生率、治疗用时。结果观察组牙齿缺失修复治疗成功合计率(100.00%)与对照组(100.00%)相比,差异无统计学意义;观察组治疗前、治疗后种植体稳定系数值与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义;观察组不良反应发生率(6.06%)与对照组(9.09%)相比,差异无统计学意义;观察组治疗用时明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙齿缺失患者采取即刻种植牙法治疗的效果较常规种植牙法更佳,牙齿缺失修复治疗成功情况较高,能够保证种植体稳定系数值,不良反应较少,而且,可以明显缩短治疗用时,展示出重要治疗优势。 Objective To compare the effects of immediate implant method and conventional implant method on clinical treatment of patients with tooth loss.Methods 66 patients(66 teeth)with tooth loss were enrolled in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random double-blind method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group used the conventional implant method,the observation group used the immediate implant method.The successful total rate of tooth loss repair treatment,the value of implant stability coefficient before and after treatment,the total rate of adverse reactions,and the time of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The successful total rate of tooth loss repair in the observation group(100.00%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(100.00%).There was no difference in the stability coefficient of implant before and after treatment in the observation group.The total adverse drug reaction rate(6.06%)in the observation group was not significantly different from the control group(9.09%).The time of treatment in observation group was significantly shorter than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of immediate dental implant is better than that of conventional dental implant in patients with tooth loss.The success of dental implant repair is higher,the stability coefficient of implant can be guaranteed,and the adverse reactions are less.In addition,the treatment time can be significantly shortened,showing an important therapeutic advantage.
