腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床比较

Clinical comparison of laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair and traditional hernia repair for inguinal hernia

目的探究腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选择2017年4月至2019年3月本院收治的85例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=42)。对照组采用传统疝修补术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗。比较两组手术情况、并发症、复发率。结果观察组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量较对照组少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率、复发率较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术用于治疗腹股沟疝具有明显优势,可缩短治疗时间,减少并发症,降低复发率,效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair and traditional hernia repair for inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 85 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=42).The control group was treated with conventional hernia repair,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair.The operation,complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,the time of getting out of bed,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair has obvious advantages in the treatment of inguinal hernia.It can shorten the treatment time,reduce complications and reduce the recurrence rate.The effect is exact and worth promoting.
