输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石效果分析

The effects of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of middle and lower ureteral calculi were compared and analyzed

目的探究在输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术对输尿管中下段结石的治疗效果。方法选取本院于2017年12月至2018年12月收治的100例输尿管结石患者,依据不同的治疗方式,将患者分为观察组和对照组。两组均采用输尿管镜进行辅助治疗,其中观察组患者采用钬激光碎石术进行碎石治疗,对照组患者则采用气压弹道碎石术进行治疗,治疗后对两组患者的疗效进行对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组在碎石时间、住院时长等方面明显降低,且观察组的治疗有效率明显较高(P<0.05)。结论在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术对输尿管中下段结石的治疗效果较好,有较好的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy on ureteral calculi under ureteroscopy.Methods 100 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.The two groups were treated with ureteroscopy.Among them,the patients in the observation group were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy,and the patients in the control group were treated with pneumatic lithotripsy.The efficacy of the two groups were compared after the end of treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group significantly decreased in the time of lithotripsy and hospitalization,and treatment efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy has a better therapeutic effect on the middle and lower ureteral calculi,and it has a good application value.
