鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的疗效观察

Curative effect of uncover method under nasal endoscope in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst

目的观察鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的效果。方法选取本院2014年11月至2018年1月收治的鼻前庭囊肿患者100例,根据手术方式分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组行传统唇龈沟径路鼻前庭囊肿切除术,观察组行鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术。记录两组手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间,观察术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分变化,比较两组预后情况。结果观察组手术时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1 d、3 d、5 d的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后7 d两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;观察组术后3 d面部肿胀程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率及复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术治疗鼻前庭囊肿效果良好,可减轻患者手术创伤,改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the effects of uncover method under nasal endoscope in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst.Methods 100 patients with nasal vestibular cysts who were admitted to the hospital between November 2014 and January 2018 were selected.According to the surgical method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional labiogingival groove pathway nasal vestibular cystectomy.The observation group was treated with nasal vestibular cyst uncover method under nasal endoscope.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,wound healing time were recorded.The changes of postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were observed.The prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d,3 d and 5 d after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 7 d after operation.The degree of facial swelling in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group at 3 d after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal vestibular cyst uncover method under nasal endoscope is effective in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst.It can reduce the surgical trauma and improve the prognosis of patients.
