2018年柳州市某单位2527名职工体检者生化检查结果分析

Analysis of biochemical examination results of 2 527 staffs in liuzhou in 2018

目的调查2018年柳州市某单位2527名职工体检者的肝功能、肾功能、血脂四项和血糖水平,了解该单位职工健康状态,以制定相应干预及健康防病措施。方法对柳州市某单位参加职工体检的2527名职工进行肝功能、肾功能、血糖和血脂的测定,体检项目包括肝功能项目:ALT、AST、GGT,肾功能项目UA、CR、BUN,血脂四项:TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,空腹血糖(GLU),分析体检结果中各项指标异常率及与其年龄、性别和工作岗位的关系。结果体检异常1636人(64.7%);男性职工的ALT、AST、GGT、CR、UA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C和GLU的检出率分别为12.18%、2.31%、28.17%、3.87%、36.2%、4.91%、36.39%、13.21%、26.95%、7.27%,高于女性职工的2.21%、0.25%、2.45%、0.74%、10.54%、1.23%、13.48%、3.68%、10.78%、3.68%(P<0.01);LDL-C和GLU异常率均随着年龄增长呈递增趋势,但是ALT异常人数检出率随年龄增长呈下降趋势;UA、TG和GLU异常人数检出率技术人员均高于行政人员。结论该单位体检人群中肝功能、尿酸、血脂异常率较高,且与性别存在显著关系。这些指标的异常将会大大增加代谢性疾病发生的危险,因此定期的体检是必要的,同时普及健康教育,提倡合理的膳食以及适当的运动,预防代谢性疾病的发生。

Objective To analyze the results of liver function,renal function,blood glucose and blood lipids of 2527 staffs in a unit of Liuzhou in 2018 so as to provide the evidence for the prevention and control of the diseases.Methods Totally 2527 individuals receiving the health examination in the Liuzhou Center for Disease Control Prevention and were enrolled in our study.Total liver function of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT),glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(AST),glutamyltranspetidase(GGT).Renal function of blood uric acid(UA),Urinary creatinine(CR),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN).Blood lipids of cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),Glucose(GLU)were detected,and the relationship between age,sex and job characteristics with the abnormity of indicator in the examination results were analyzed.Results Among the detection population,the detection abnormal rates were 64.7%.The level of ALT,AST,GGT,CR,UA,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and GLU in male group(12.18%,2.31%,28.17%,3.87%,36.2%,4.91%,36.39%,13.21%,26.95%,7.27%),and were higher than the female group(2.21%,0.25%,2.45%,0.74%,10.54%,1.23%,13.48%,3.68%,10.78%,3.68%),respectively.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The detection rates of abnormal LDL-C and abnormal GLU were increased along with age,however,the detection rates of abnormal ALT was decreased along with age.The abnormity rates of UA,TG and GLU of technologist were higher than administrative staff.Conclusion The unit examination population have the higher abnormity rate of liver function,blood uric acid and blood lipid,which is significantly correlated with sex.Therefore,the regular physical examination is necessary.At the same time,the popularization of health education,the promotion of reasonable diet and appropriate exercise are also necessary.
