摘要
目的观察简易静脉穿刺模具在提高实习护生静脉穿刺成功率的效果。方法将100名实习护生随机分为采用简易静脉穿刺模具练习组(试验组)和常规练习组(常规组),每组50例。结果试验组的穿刺成功次数、穿刺成功率以及穿刺时角度把握和穿刺信心均优于常规组;试验组穿刺患者疼痛感低于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用简易静脉穿刺模具练习静脉穿刺能提高护生的穿刺技术。
Objective To observe the effect of simple vein puncture mold on improving the success rate of venipuncture in nursing students.Methods 100 nursing students were randomly divided into a simple venipuncture mold practice group(experimental group)and a regular practice group(conventional group),with 50 cases in each group.Results The number of successful punctures,the success rate of puncture and the angle of puncture and puncture confidence in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group.The pain of the puncture patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using a simple venous puncture mold to practice venipuncture can improve the puncture technique of nursing students.
