摘要
为了研究绞刀下倾角和入口流速对绞刀挖掘性能的影响,使用fluent软件对绞刀的两相流流场进行数值模拟,获得了不同下倾角及入口流速工况下绞刀的压力和出口体积分数变化情况.结果表明,合理设置下倾角并在平缓流域下施工能改善绞刀的载荷分布并提高出口泥沙体积分数,进而改善绞刀受力性能和挖掘性能.
In order to study the influence of the downward inclination angle of the cutter head and the inlet flow rate on the digging performance of the cutter head,the two-phase flow field of the cutter head was numerically simulated by fluent software,and the changes of the pressure and outlet concentration of the cutter head under different downward inclination angles and inlet flow rates were obtained.The results show that the reasonable setting of the dip angle and the construction under the gentle watershed can improve the load distribution of the cutter head and increase the sediment concentration at the outlet,thus improving the mechanical performance and digging performance of the cutter head.
