复杂低空飞行安全态势评估指标研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着低空的逐渐开放,亟须对复杂低空飞行安全态势进行评估,建立合理的指标是评估的关键.基于低空空域飞行安全态势内涵和运行特性,从冲突风险、解脱行为两个方面建立指标体系,利用变异系数-重要程度-相关系数筛选出复杂低空飞行安全态势评估关键指标,保证了指标间相互独立且对评估结果有显著影响.通过不同的仿真实验对筛选出的指标进行验证.结果表明,筛选出的三个关键指标:冲突发生率、碰撞风险强度、调高行为比兼具有效性和普适性. With the gradual opening of low-altitude airspace,it is urgent to assess the flight safety situation of complex low-altitude airspace.Establishing reasonable indexes is the key to the evaluation.Based on the connotation and operational characteristics of low-altitude airspace flight safety situation,an index system was established from two aspects of conflict risk and release behavior.The key indicators of complex low-altitude flight safety situation assessment were screened out by using coefficient of variation-importance-correlation coefficient,which ensures that the indicators are independent of each other and have a significant impact on the assessment results.The selected indexes were verified by different simulation experiments.The results show that the three key indicators selected:collision incidence rate,collision risk intensity and higher behavior ratio are both effective and universal.
