股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的临床治疗分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的 回顾并探讨两种不同内固定方式治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析本院从2016年3月至2018年9月收治的107例股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折患者,随访整理其相关资料和治疗方案,其中A组使用空心螺钉加动力加压钢板55例,B组使用动力髋螺钉加动力加压钢板52例.分析比较其不同治疗方案的临床效果.结果 A,B两种内固定方式均能达到良好的手术效果,在住院时间,术后VAS疼痛评分方面,两组无明显区别,在手术时长和透视次数方面,A组时间比B组短,具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 采用手术治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折时,根据患者的情况选择合适的固定材料,可以降低手术电离辐射风险,保证患者和术者的手术安全.
