输尿管硬镜碎石术致输尿管损伤的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究输尿管镜碎石术中引起的并发症及相关处理.方法 回顾2007年10月至2017年10月期间981例本组实施输尿管镜碎石术患者的临床资料,统计并分析并发症情况.结果 52例患者术中出现了不同程度的并发症,17例输尿管口裂伤、21例假道形成、9例输尿管穿孔、3例输尿管撕裂、1例输尿管下段黏膜剥脱、1例输尿管长段撕脱.结论 输尿管镜碎石术是安全有效的,但仍有一定的并发症发生率,应当引起广大医师的重视.
