摘要
认识科研现状并采取科学的科研管理措施能有效推动医院科技提升。本研究运用SWOT分析法,分析河南省某高校附属医院科研现状,以及科研管理所面临的内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与威胁,提出加强学科品牌建设,完善科研绩效管理,健全人才引进和培养机制,做好柔性引进人才管理是医院科研管理发展策略。
To recognizing the status and taking effective management strategy would promote the upgrading of the hospital scientific research.The SWOT analysis was used to analyzed the status of scientific research,and to evaluated the internal strengths and weaknesses,and to identified the external opportunities and threats in a certain affiliated hospital of university.The author puts forward some relevant strategies,such as strengthening the construction of distinctive disciplines,improving the performance management of scientific research,developing the system of training and introduction,improving the flexible management of talents.
