血管内机械再通联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析血管内机械再通联合阿替普酶(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院收治的214例AIS患者,根据治疗方案分为对照组(rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,107例)和观察组(血管内机械再通联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,107例)。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清学指标[对氧磷酶-1(PON-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)]水平。结果对照组总有效率为81.31%(87/107),观察组总有效率为95.33%(102/107),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清PON-1水平高于对照组,血清NSE水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论血管内机械再通联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗AIS患者,可有效改善血清PON-1、NSE水平,提高临床疗效。
